The Everything DiSC on Catalyst starts with an assessment covering the DiSC basic and Workplace, Agile EQ, Management, and Productive Conflict application questions. This validated assessment measures learners' behavioral preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC model, which outlines four styles: D (Dominance), i (Influence), S (Steadiness), and C (Conscientiousness). The assessment results create a personalized solution to develop social and emotional skills aligned with each learner’s unique DiSC style.
The Everything DiSC on Catalyst Experience
Following the assessment, learners use the Everything DiSC Workplace application to enhance relationships with colleagues and develop self-awareness. Then, they can continue with the Everything DiSC Agile EQ add-on experience, focusing on emotional intelligence for an agile culture.
